The welfare, safety and progress of the children and carers through exemplary case management is the paramount focus of this Registered Manager role. THE ROLE The owners of this fantastic agency are looking for a child-centred, quality driven and confident practitioner who can deliver excellence within their social work team. You will report directly to the owners, and the successful person will be offered an exceptional opportunity to develop professionally, with the full support of two leading professionals in the field of therapeutic fostering and the exceptional on site clinical team. ABOUT YOU You may be a highly experienced Fostering Team Manager - ready for the next step in your career! Or you may already be an experienced Registered Manager - disillusioned with your current provider? Come and make a difference and be given the freedom to shine! You are a qualified social worker with significant post qualifying experience within Fostering (DipSW/BA Hons/ CQSW) with experience of leading a team in a fostering setting You will need to have significant post qualifying experience as a Qualified Social Worker within Fostering and have an excellent knowledge of current fostering regulations and standardsConfident communicator who can challenge where needed.
