Apply now Our client: Our client is one of the largest home building companies, and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their fast growing Commercial Team. Working for us you will: Ensure financial accuracy when predicting profit for each scheme.Prepare cost to completion documentation in line with the commercial timetable.Apply risk, value management and cost control mechanisms.Undertake costs analysis comparisons for sub-contracts from tender enquiry to analysis and contract placement.Professionally manage subcontracts from first valuation through to final account.Ensure profitability is upheld through the lifecycle of the development. We need you to: Have relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying Be self-motivated and work co-operatively as part of a team. Have the ability to take initiative in resolving problems. Preferably have previous new homes experience You will be based: You will be based in the Bedfordshire office, although there is a requirement for site vists across the region.
