We are recruiting for a Customer service role witin Fourmarketing Administration, Returns and Stock Control Department. The role is based in Fourmarketing warehouse space locateted in Basildon, Essex. Job Description Main purpose of this role: efficient and accurate checking and processing of technical returns. Customer contact to advise and approve technical returns for inspection.Maintain records of authorisation codes and are completed in an efficient mannerUse of Dynamics Nav stock system for crediting & Project imove for raising PO'sCarry out stock checks, as required and to ensure systems are up-to-dateBooking in/out product from the warehouse and packing in line with company proceduresMaintain a high standard of housekeeping in the Quality control areaWork with warehouse staff to ensure product is processed accordingly.Odd jobs (ie. Sample sales)Due to the nature of this role candidates should be aware that regular lifting & moving boxes will be required. This list is not exhaustive - these are just the basic tasks that you will be required to carry out on a day-to-day basis. You will be also asked to assist with any required tasks, which you will have to prioritise according to their importance/urgency.
