The Quality and CI Leader, located in Oxfordshire will drive Continuous Improvement and Quality initiatives within the business, working cross functionally and autonomously to further develop the CI culture. They will be tasked with Providing 1st line quality support to the manufacturing/assembly groups and Maintaining, analysing, and communicating the key manufacturing / product quality metrics. Identifying areas of improvement, develop and implement improvement strategies.The ideal Quality and CI Leader, based in Oxfordshire will have manufacturing experience within a medium/high volume environment, from raw material to assembly of finished products. Understand Quality management systems (e.G., ISO9001:2015) and have Extensive, and demonstrable, experience of continuous improvement techniques and implementation of lean manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S, Standard work, Problem Solving, Training).APPLY NOW!
