The successful job holder will join the Quality team supporting customers in based in both the UK and worldwide. Extensive overseas travel will be involved. The role will involve: Calibration of special purpose test machinery and equipmentPreparation of certificationQuality audits in clients' laboratoriesTraining of laboratory staff in set up, use of lab quality systems, test methods and machine operations Applications are invited from candidates with the following attributes: Ability to travel extensively in the UK and overseasFull Driving LicenceQuality assurance knowledgeExperience of working in a physical testing laboratory environmentPractical and mechanical dexterityTechnical understandingAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamHighly organised, attentive to detail and possess effective planning skillsGood social and communication skills - able to interact with people across all levels of the organisation and across diverse culturesAbility to speak different languages - an advantage Specific training will be provided.
