This is a non-caseholding role, 9 to 5 meaning that you will leave work on time and spend more time with your friends or family. It is less stressful also as you won't have to take work at home. They are considering Social Workers with experience in R&A, so you can move into a MASH team without having any prior experience. Also, you can start this role as a locum, see how it goes, and if you like them, you can take a permanent position with them and have more stability.
