The role is a locum role offering up to £32/hr on a 6 month contract with the possibility of an extension offering you more job stability. There will be four teams in your sector and interestingly to this role is that take work from MASH on rotation every 4 weeks, starting off with completing assessments and moving it onto the child protection stage if needs be, so this role offers you a nice mixture of tasks, and is perfect for someone looking to develop experience in a referral and assessment how may not have much prior experience. You will be seeing out the cases to the end and working closeing with the children and families so you will also get to see the impact you work if having on them also. You will be working for a local authority with an outstanding ofsted and amazing management team so you will have the support and guidance available when needed to help you provide the best possible outcome for the children in the area. On top of that, they offer some work flexibility (4 days and one from home, condensed hours, etc) offering you a better work life balance.
