Apply now Purchasing Manager ProSwimwear are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager who is experienced and a flexible Purchasing Manager, to manage the purchasing team as well as building strong working relationships with ProSwimwear's suppliers, while also looking for new products and suppliers to enhance the competitive offering of ProSwimwear, for all of its International sites. Key duties include: Management of the replenishment of minimum stock levelsEnsuring order requirements are catered for and expedited, delegated or escalated as requiredManaging the Purchasing team to ensure deliveries are received in from suppliers in line with agreed SLA'sDevelop and document a purchasing ' Best Practice' and ensure all team members work to rulesMaintenance of data entry and stock delivery dates within the systemEfficient communication within internal departments in order that customer expectations can be successfully managed within agreed SLA'sReport management and developmentEnsuring all customer queries are responded to in the agreed time scalesAny other duties reasonably required Core competencies; Experienced and forward thinking purchase manager with proven track record in a similar working environmentComputer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn the companies bespoke purchasing system and programAbility to develop a high level of knowledge of pricing and productsExcellent organisational and people management skillsAbility to build and develop mutually beneficial working relations with a diverse range of suppliersProcess driven and results focused About Us ProSwimwear is Europe's, largest online retailer of competitive/training swimwear, accessories and Open Water/Triathlon Wet suits.
