The role sits within the Purchasing and Production team. Office hours are 9am - 5pm and there is free onsite parking. Main Responsibilities: Process and place ordersLiaise with suppliers and technical staff providing daily production informationAttending meetings with large suppliers and possible clientsChecking stock levels and producing pricingUpdating the in-house system on a daily basis Skills and Responsibilities needed: Proven administration skillsPrevious purchasing experienceMust be numerate and IT literateExcellent telephone mannerStrong communication skills both written and verballyAbility to use own initiative in a busy environment NB: Unfortunately due to the high volume of applications received by Lloyd Recruitment Services, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates.
