Apply now Title Publications Manager - Medical Communications Summary / Heading A vibrant and growing MedComms agency is looking for a Publications Manager to join their publications and medical affairs teams to lead their projects creating and developing abstracts, posters, manuscripts and publications. You will be utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead your assigned projects, working to manage your internal teams as well as coordinating with clients and suppliers. You will also be involved in the creation of the materials, reviewing the teams editing, writing and research and advising on improvements and publication-related issues. The Publications Manager will also be involved in developing new business opportunities with both new and existing clients and will be confident in writing proposals and presenting at pitches as needed, This is a brilliant opportunity for a Medical Writer or Account Manager looking to move into a hybrid-type role or a Publications Manager looking for a role they can make their own in a growing MedComms team. Candidate Requirements: • Degree qualification in Life Sciences. • 2 years + Medical Communications experience. • Experience in using PubSTRAT or similar systems. • Experience in reviewing, developing and implementing editorial processes. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Experience of working well under pressure. • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations. • High level of organisation, attention to detail and time-management. • Pro-active and enthusiastic.
