Proposition Development Manager / Offline Experience Product Manager / Product Lead will have experience in product or proposition development from ideation through to conception with a user-centric approach and drive to provide customers with an unparalleled experience. The Proposition Development Manager / Offline Experience Product Manager / Product Lead will be a creative, strategic thinker who has a track record of generating new ideas and filling gaps to increase market share.This is a really exciting opportunity to join a VC backed organisation who are growing rapidly and globally.Proposition Development Manager / Offline Experience Product Manager / Product Lead will be responsible for:*Understanding the company's strategic and competitive position and deliver offerings that are recognised as best in the industry*Work with stakeholders to build an offline product roadmap, creating appropriate business cases to drive product enhancement across all our locations*Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into requirements to improve brand offerings and awareness*Translate product strategy into detailed planning requirements and prototypes for new locations*Liaise with international teams to ensure all market specific requirements are captured and considered*Use qualitative and quantitative customer insight to help inform the company vision and to validate problems and solutions throughout the building development process*Develop product pricing and positioning*Work closely with marketing and operational teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market*Drive new location launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other product management team members*Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback and market research of our business offering and servicesThe Proposition Development Manager / Offline Experience Product Manager / Product Lead must have: *Experience developing commercial products/propositions*Experience analysing customer and market needs to shape propositions that deliver customer value and ROI *Experience developing business cases and prioritising a roadmap of propositions based on value and ROI*Candidates may come from a range of backgrounds but primarily offline, telecoms, communications, data, infrastructure, property, airline, hotels, holidays, retail etc.*Any experience designing business services, customer experience propositions or value-added services is desirableIntelligent People is a specialist Product Manager recruitment agency.
