Apply now A vacancy for a motivated, articulate Property Manager has recently become available for an award winning independent estate agency based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become integrated within this highly established company, enabling the right candidate to build on their already existing experience of Lettings and further develop their career. As Property Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the lettings portfolio and help build on the lettings side of the business to increase market share and make the company more profitable. Key responsibilities of the role include:• Property Visits / Inspections and dealing with issues• Reporting to Landlords on repair issues etc.• Ensure reasonable resident issues and service requests are addressed promptly• Dealing with contractors - quotes - job supervision etc.• Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts.• Tenant referencing and monitoring process via referencing agency• Preparation of renewal tenancy agreements• General Administration duties• Service of legal noticesPrevious property management experience is essential. The ideal candidate will need to drive and demonstrate a proactive work ethic and a great sense of humour!
