Our client requires an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their existing team based in Wembley. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of propertiesEnsure that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in an appropriate time-scaleEnsure compliance with standard operating proceduresMaintaining keys and key registerProvide management information when required Person Profile: Must have experience working with AST - Residential Property Management (at least 1 years)Technical knowledge and confidence to problem solve maintenance issues upon initial call from tenantAbility to create relationships and maintain trust levels to the highest standardsForward thinking with ability to identify opportunities to improve processes within the departmentAbility to work on your own and in a teamGood understanding of Residential Property Management and current LegislationsHold a Full UK Drivers License This vacancy is being managed by Nick Ricketts at Spear Recruitment Ltd.
