You will report directly to the COO, communicating with property owners while diligently maintaining the properties in our client's portfolio. Applicants must have extensive experience working in residential property management in London, along with keen knowledge of property defects and maintenance. Some exposure to landlord & tenant law is preferable. RICS/ IRPM qualifications desirable. Of course, you must have great people skills and excellent communication skills.
