Based from their office in Camden Town (NW1), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties across the local area. Key Responsibilities: Check in and check out servicesTenant deposit protectionEveryday repairs and maintenanceBi-annual property visitsServing of relevant noticesDrawing up Tenancy AgreementsNegotiating tenancy renewalsConfidently communicating with landlords and tenants Skills Required: A minimum of 12 months' experience working within this sectorA sound understanding of legislationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationshipAbility to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficientlyPro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider teamConfident and assertiveUnderstands and appreciates the importance of using discretionStrong customer service skillsTeam playerA driving licence is preferable but not essential. Salary: £25k per annum Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
