They have a vacancy to join their expanding team due to continuous business growth. A role of a Property Manager for this market leading company is a rare and brilliant opportunity for any already frustrated property professional, looking to both further their career and benefit from a huge exposure to a wide variety of lettings situations. The role will involve managing your own residential portfolio in all aspects of property management. You will be providing an excellent property management service to clients and ensuring that property maintenance issues are dealt with effectively, and in a timely fashion. The role will involve obtaining references and credit checks from prospective tenants. Maintaining and managing a database Arranging inventories, Gas Safety and EPC certificates Preparing Tenancy Agreements, tenants check in and outs Handling deposits and arranging Tenancy Deposit Schemes, dealing with any disputes Renegotiating tenancy renewals when it is due, ensuring minimum void period when the property is vacant Serving section 21 and 8 as and when needed Chasing outstanding monthly rental payments You must be an excellent communicator, remaining an ambassador for the company at all times, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to think logically on your feet. The ideal candidate must have previous property management or lettings experience, ideally studying for ARLA or NFOPP. A clear driving licence is essential.
