The main focus of the role is to provide an outstanding customer service to Landlords and Tenants. Communicating effectively with all parties as well as contractors and team members and recording all work progress on the property management system. Responsibilities: Day to day property maintenance issuesPlanned maintenanceInvoice management and processingObtaining competitive quotationsReporting to landlord and tenantInsurance claimsUtilitiesOrganisation of safety certification and remedial worksNegotiation and distribution of the depositComply with all current legislation affecting the business.Generate income opportunities, services not included as standard Ensure all management systems are kept up to date and maintainedEnsure that only approved and suitable contractors are instructedRaise work-orders for all worksObtain risk assessments and method statements for worksProcess all invoicesDelivering excellent customer service at all timesRaise supervisory fees where our terms of business allowAchieving set KPI'sPeer check all management visit reports The successful candidate may have ARLA or NFOPP qualifications with excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills and strong service ethic. You must be adaptable with the ability to multi task, have a flexible approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team.
