Apply now Property Manager - High-End Property Co These guys are recognised for doing things a little differently, operating more like an investment fund in prime London properties rather than a classic rental management company. This is a role for a committed property professional looking to further their career. Ideally you will be a graduate with at least 12 months experience in the property or asset management sector, with a keen, demonstrable interest in the prime London property market. Key responsibilities include: Client liaison - responding to queries from tenants and landlords.Managing and resolving maintenance requests.Updating and maintaining the CRM database including approved contractors.Supporting tenancy turnarounds, styling the properties for marketing and attending check-ins.Assisting with periodic checks of assets, generating and logging inspection reports.Managing utility safety checks and certification.Processing tenancy terminations and negotiating lease renewalsManaging the insurance claims process. Liaising with landlords, insurers, agents and tenants.Ensuring all legislative and regulatory issues are up to date and compliant.Exploring ways to develop and evolve the business, identifying new business initiatives. This is a very hands-on and out-and-about role, which will involve regular property visits. A full, clean driving licence required. Please forward your CV in the first instance.
