Duties will include: Management of a residential property portfolioHandle incoming queries from landlords and tenantsManage maintenance works in a timely mannerAccurate record keepingArrange safety certificatesManage tenancy renewals and rent increasesHandle check in / out processSubmit deposits to DPSManage deposit disputesOccasionally perform duties outside the above specification The successful candidate will need: A minimum of 3 years residential lettings experienceAbility to provide professional customer serviceExcellent communication skills; written and verbalThrives in a fast paced and varied environmentHold a UK driving licence and be a car owner Package: £18,000 - £20,000 pa + additional incentives and 28 days holiday + Bank holidays, Hours: 5 day working week (including every Saturday) Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
