Apply now Property Maintenance Coordinator/Administrator Headingley, West Yorkshire - full driving licence essential/own transport Our client is looking to recruit an experienced office based property maintenance coordinator to work within an established lettings agency in North Leeds Roles and responsibilities will include: ·Taking and making calls to tenants ·chasing maintenance subcontractors for updates for latest information on a daily basis and keep the system up to date Organising repairs and ensuring these are carried out to company timescales ·Receiving tenant requests and preparing work orders ·Relaying instructions to maintenance contractors and collating details of works in progress ·Updating tenants on status of works ·Maintaining continuity of projects by communicating instructions to colleagues ·Keeping information accessible by sorting and filing paper/certificates ·Updating databases and ensuring maintenance contracts are renewed/revisited Oversee/supervise the day to day activities on the front desk ·Provide daily support to all other members of the team Handling enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings and booking appointments THE PERSON ·You must be able to prioritise and work under pressure. It is crucial in this role that you possess excellent interpersonal skills. ·A good re-call/memory of ongoing jobs ·Articulate; as much of the day will be spent communicating via telephone ·Ability to build strong relationships with both tenants and contractors ·Excellent written English/grammar Basic knowledge and interest in Property beneficialExperience in building maintenance and/or facilities management would be an advantage, but not a necessityCompetent IT Skills Interested?
