The Real Estate Litigation team have a particular expertise in licensing and rating litigation. They deal with contentious planning and environmental litigation. The department currently is well-known for the work they do in; Dilapidation, Risk management, Professional negligence and Contentious planning. The firm offer great prospects and career progression with Partnership on the cards for the right candidate. You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with between NQ - 6 years PQE. You will ideally come from a top Tier firm for Real Estate Litigation and have good experience of dealing with your own caseload. A strong education is essential for this position.
