Apply now The business is very fast paced and the hours are 8-30 to 5-30. At this stage they operate out of a posh, air conditioned offices. Parking is really difficult; so a bus is the best plan OR park & walk half a mile. The role is to co-ordinate housing and support for young offenders as they come out of prison or specialist facilities/re-hab. You'll be in 'the middle' dealing with property agents, maintenance crews etc This position is supporting a team of 7, so you'll be busy busy busy. Lots of admin, Word, emails, own letters, telephone work. Invoicing is a significant part of the job, so numeracy is crucial; any accounts experience is very useful. We'd like advanced 'CommonSense'...! The salary is £22k to £25k, BUT the higher salary range is really ONLY for those with significant exp. If you are a terrific all rounder you would be offered £22k to £23k to start. I just want to make you 100% clear. Full references will be required and taken up verbally and in writing. A full set of skills/IT tests will be undertaken by the short listed candidates. Two stage interview. Immediate start if possible. We are looking for stability.
