Property Inspector - Residential Lettings An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this flourishing operation in the key role of Property Inspector. You'll be responsible for all field service activities of the branch portfolio of properties. Amongst other practices, the successful applicant would find themselves carrying out property visits and reporting their findings, preparing inventories and schedules of condition, obtaining meter readings, and checking for and documenting hazards. Property Inspector - Residential Lettings To succeed, you will need an extremely professional and proactive approach to your workload, as well as the ability to maintain a smart, professional and diplomatic demeanour at all times. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
