Apply now An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales orientated and target driven individual to join a small Asset Management company based in Leighton Buzzard, as a Property Consultant. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to manage a portfolio of properties and utilise and expand their sales skills with in a property focused environment, Main duties & responsibilities: Provide first class customer service at all times as a Property Consultant Instruct local estate agents to provide market appraisalsPrepare your own research in order to produce a professional Consultation Report, detailing our service proposition Liaise with corporate clients to ensure that you are proceeding in line with their Instructions and updating them on progress at key stages of the transaction.As as Property Consultant, you will also be required to contact Personal representatives (PR's) of the deceased's estate, providing information and dealing with any queries raised.Accurate record keeping and note takingMaintaining performance within our agreed service level agreementsActive management of cases to provide both the PR's and the client with the smoothest possible serviceAchieving pre agreed business targets as a Property Consultant Skills required: Strong communication skills both written and verbal Attention to detail IT literate with reasonable typing speed Customer care experience Property knowledge (ideal but not essential as training with be provided) Additional notes: Previous experience with in an estate agency / letting or property background is beneficial but no essential Sales experience is a bonus A full job spec is available upon request; if you feel you have the skills and experience required as a Property Consultant, please do apply!!
