The role; based in the head office in Shoreditch, they are looking for an administrator to assist their asset / property management team. As the sole administrator, your general duties would include; General administration support to the asset / property management team including maintaining archive files /legal documents, drafting letters, property research, liaising with lawyers, responding to emailsExtensive use of Email, Word and ExcelDiary managementData entry and maintenance of in-house systems/ database Reception duties (approx. 25% of the time) including; meeting, greeting, answering calls etc Previous experience / skills Knowledge/ experience in using MS Office especially Email, Excel and WordFirst class communication skills (via phone, face to face and email)Admin experience ideally gained from the property sector or similar (sector desirable) Our client offers a varied / busy administration role.
