We are looking for a Project Manager with experience gained within lending or financial services to work on business-oriented projects, coordinating resources across the business. Responsibilities and experience required for the role of Project Manager Ensure project management methodologies and template documents are adopted and embeddedBuild required Project Plans for internal and external use in line with templates and proceduresProduce overarching reporting / MI on projects and tracking of progressTrack progress on assigned Projects and report out to sponsor / stakeholders as appropriateCreate and maintain action trackers and risk registers for projectsCo-ordinate internal and client facing project meetings at appropriate frequencies for topics involvedProvide support to project SMEs as appropriateDraft new or amend existing Policies and Procedures as required to meet the requirements of new/updated regulations / legislation, obtaining relevant approvals, implement and rollout under direction from the Director of ProjectsSupport the Director of Projects and other Senior Management in business development activitiesPrepare any support materials, analysis or reports required for corporate development effortsTo act as a subject matter expert, supporting client acquisition and retention activitiesGood understanding of relevant regulation and associated legislative policy and the impacts these have on the business; including: MCOB, FCA, TCF, FOS & FSCS Regulatory complaints handling requirements, principles of the duty of careAble to contribute positively through clear and effective communicationAbility to hit deadlinesBe able to evidence leadership ability, team management and interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organisational skillsExperience of monitoring project risks and maintaining controls within agreed tolerance levels For more information regarding the role of Project Manager contact us on Stellar Select is acting as an employment agency and is a corporate member of the REC Due to a high volume of applications, we will only contact you if your application has been successful.
