With deadlines approaching, the business requires a strong change professional to take responsibility for a set number of capabilities to ensure a successful delivery within a tight timescale. This high-profile programme will give the right candidate the opportunity to work with senior level stakeholders whilst conducting a group wide roll out of the new ring fencing processes. The business is looking for the following experience: End to end project delivery, preferably implementing complex change across large F/S organisationsA strong knowledge of regulatory functions and processesThe ability to work with multiple stakeholders on varying initiativesPeople management and team development The role will involve: The set up and closure of set project workstreams, as well as managing their deliveryThe development and managing of the project scope and planWorking collaboratively across multiple divisions to ensure a uniform approachProject planning & implementationHigh Level Stakeholder Management It is essential that all candidates have experience of change programmes, preferably regulatory focused with elements of people management. The role will require an articulate individual who can work with both technology & business change teams to delivery this change piece.
