Our leading financial services client are looking to add project management resource as it rolls our it's new approach to customer rectifications across its Insurance division. The business have a new defined approach to the way it looks at customer rectifications & it is now being rolled out into this area of Insurance. These rectifications will look at financial & non-financial rectifications. The role will cover project management of a team that looks after, customer treatment strategy, root cause analysis, quality assurance, proposition development & process improvement. The business are looking for a candidate from the following background: Financial services within a project management positionCustomer lead programmesRectification / remediation programme workUnderstanding of process improvement, proposition development, customer treatment strategy and QATeam leadership The role will involve: Working closely with key business stakeholders to understand root cause & define approaches to financial & non-financial rectificationsManaging teams looking after customer treatment strategies, process improvement & quality assurance workWorking closely with customer communications teams to ensure any communications are applied effectively.Ensuring customer treatment is at the forefront of propositions being implementedCreating solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers that chance to implement key solutions to ensure customer treatment is the most effective within the market and offers variation within the project management across a diverse role. The role will need someone with a background in Project management, banking & ideally to have had exposure to similar programmes.
