This role has been deemed to be within IR35. Therefore any placement will need to be facilitated by an umbrella company. Key Responsibilities: Lead on all Public Realm Staff Efficiency programmes and develop associated programmes Assist Heads of Service with implementing service realignments Provide Project Management leadership and expertise around workforce planning and learning & development To support and advise Service Heads in the delivery of change management Prepare progress reports for the Public Realm management Undertake evaluation of structural changes and learning & development outcomes Change Management - Public Realm - Organisational Change - Workforce Planning - Inside IR35
