They are now seeking to recruit a Production Front Line Manager to their site in Bradford in order to drive efficiencies and site profitability further forward. As a leading figure in achieving site objectives, you will be managing a team in excess of 50 people, working within a fast moving manufacturing environment. Your primary remit will be to ensure the highest quality and customer service standards are met and maintained, while developing and motivating your team to achieve results. The successful candidate will possess experience within Food manufacturing and be adept at using production based KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. People management skills are also vital and you will coach and develop your personnel to maximise performance and departmental talent.
