Apply now Product Manager Learning and Development, St. Albans - £40,000- £45,000 Mon - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 hours A trusted and credible business in St Albans are looking for a Product Manager within learning and development. Working as part of a wider marketing team you will manage, develop and launch training courses both accredited and non-accredited. Product Manager Responsibilities Single point of product development accountability which includes completion of required financial and business case documentation to support substantial enhancements or new developments to the product in readiness for launch.Plan product / service strategy with department HeadsDevelop new profitable courses and ranges and review existing products and services at least annually via research, competitor analysis, to meet business aims and ensure best in class, fit for purpose product rangesDrive product / service performance against agreed KPI's in order to meet required objectives;Governance over documentation required to support the users of the product / service Manage product development and product performance, setting direction and standards Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotion of products and services to customers, to include developing marketing plans, including, press releases and promotions through advertisements, social media and website and agree measures of successSupport sales in forecasting revenue and demand planning to create, action and manage yearly and quarterly sales plans, including regular reviews Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge: Previous product management experience - ideally developing training coursesExperience working within a Learning and Development environmentStrong ability in market analysisConfident presentation skills Locations: St. Albans, Hertfordshire, Hatfield, Luton, Harpenden, Hemel Hempstead, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, Hitchin, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City Keywords: Product Manager, Product Management, Assistant Product Manager, Data Product Manager, Learning and Development Prestige Appointments are a Recruitment Agency providing permanent resourcing and selection services to employers throughout the UK.
