Apply now Process Designer - Business Process Analyst Our client, a global technology organisation, is merging two large departments, and is looking to recruit the services of experienced Process Designer to produce new processes for the new entity. The correct candidate should be required to design and write processes, and caputure process inputs and outputs Working within Target Operating Model (TOM) Design Circles, you will be expected to design and deliver the key processes to the required level of detail, also there will be an expectation to design as required. Required skills: Proven experience within a process role, working on a change programme ideally within a technology companyKnowledge of frameworks, process methods 7 standards (ITIL, CMMi, TM Forum) and the Target Operating Model framework.Excellent with process analysis, process documentation and process modelling.Workshop facilitationInfluencing skillsProblem solving skills For more information on this opportunity please forward your CV in the first instance.
