They work will involve the full range of private client work, including, Will and Codicils, Inheritance tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, advice on care fees and other elderly issues, and he administration of estates. In addition is expected that you will get involved with business development opportunities. They are looking for a qualified lawyer with a record of hitting their billing targets, who can work effectively with clients, needs minimal supervision and is happy producing their own documentation using the case management system.
