Apply now An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly successful SJP Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management, based in Mayfair, London (W1J 7DR). The Practice Manager will initially work one-on-one with the Partner, and develop into a people manager role as the practice grows. They will manage the operational needs of a busy practice, which has a 10 year track record. The Chartered Practice has been growing at a fast pace and is looking for additional support to continue this growth. St. James's Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. SJP has funds under management in excess of £90bn. Role Requirements As Practice Manager you will manage all operational aspects of the Practice on a daily basis. This would include the following: Managing business pipelineClient Management, Communication & ServicingDiary & Task ManagementFacilitate the processing of all business through SJP systemsAdministrative DutiesReport & letter writingManaging client events and campaignsSupporting the Partner in all aspects of running the practiceExcellent personal assistant / support skills Providing outstanding client service will be of utmost importance to you. There is scope for this role to progress within the business and individual motivation will be highly rewarded. Person specification We require someone who thrives to succeed in their career, is highly motivated and enjoys working under pressure.Organisation, multi tasking and excellent communication skills are required for this role.You will have a track record as a Manager with the ability to take responsibility, in an operational office, within a fast paced environment. Experience within the Financial Services Sector is required.You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to the business and enjoy working as part of a small team, as well as on your own.You will need to demonstrate that you are a confident professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. As part of your letter and report writing duties, you will need to show attention to detail and good use of grammar.Preference will be given to those who are numerate, have knowledge within financial servicesA high level of computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (including task management functions)Demonstrated proven longevity in previous positions Additional information Salary: £27-35K per annumHours of work: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to FridayLocation: Mayfair, London.Final package dependent on experience For further details or to apply for this excellent opportunity, please apply online
