Apply now Meraki Talent's client is currently seeking a Client Portfolio Manager's Assistant to join their business in London for a period of nine months on a Fixed Term Contract basis. Our client is a leading UK Wealth Management firm. With offices across the UK and CI they have a range of services and propositions which meet the needs of their HNW client base. As a Client Portfolio Manager's Assistant, you will be supporting and assisting the Wealth Managers in managing client relationships and in undertaking non-regulated investment supporting work. This role has arisen as current incumbent has been seconded onto a project. Key responsibilities within this role: Assist the Portfolio Managers in acquiring and managing clients ensuring clients receive a high quality of serviceEnsuring client accounts are set up correctly and maintainedDealing with client queries and calls, acting as point of contact in absence of PMsCollation of data to support production of centralised reportingSupport the Portfolio Manager in preparation for both client and marketing meetingsReviewing the portfolios for implementation of investment changesIdentify and research potential new clients To apply for this role you will bring client services and investment support experience gained within a Wealth Management environment. An understanding of how clients re acquired and retained is desirable as is knowledge of the regulations which impact on this area. Background knowledge of portfolio construction and SIPP/Wrap would be welcomed also. This role sits within a hard-working, client focussed but fun team which has a good working relationship with internal stakeholders and external clients.
