A regional and award winning law firm in Newcastle is looking to expand their First Response Personal Injury Team with eight talented and eager individuals looking for progression and on the job training. The client has serviced the area and their clients' needs for over 15 years and as such have developed a name for themselves in the market as an approachable and balanced team.The Role: - You will join an expanding claims team and work alongside and support other fee earners - Duties to include speaking to a large amount of new clients in relation to their initial instructions across various areas of personal injury including RTA and vehicle damage matters-You will manage your own case load of clients and all their initial instructions and so develop vital case management skills-Following taking all initial instructions you will be responsible for managing client expectations throughout the process of their matter The Candidate:In order to be considered for this position, you ideally must have experience of a contact centre based environment or an insurance background, with emphasis on a good telephone mannerA knowledge of personal injury claims, including liability and case law is also requiredThe ideal candidate should have claims handling experience, along with a background of credit hire and credit repair systemsAlternatively the candidate will have a background of insurance and/or debt collection experience The role will involve a volume based approach and the ideal candidate will be one that thrives in a busy and varied work environment and can prioritise and effectively organise their desk Benefits: - Competitive Salary - City centre location - Award winning team- Range of company benefits- Progression opportunities- Ongoing training and development How to Apply: If you would to apply for this role or receive the full job description then contact Fiona Hill in our Chartered Legal Executive and Paralegal division.
