You will be able to use your knowledge of delivering large scale people change transformation and experience with utilising innovative approaches to people change across, digital, resource management and transformation, utilising your strong stakeholder management, agile style to ensure that the people change agenda programme is delivered and adds overall value. Key Deliverables ?Point of contact for all change management activities?Establish, position and maintain change mgmt. methodology & tools?Orchestrate change activities along change process in order to improve efficiency & effectiveness?Support change process: connect internal resources with needs, check quality of change activities?Can take over lead for implementation, acting as Change Manager in projects or provide support as required?Foster cultural change with other partners / functions
