This is one of the UK's largest franchised dealer groups, looking to recruit a Skilled ATA Accredited Paint Sprayer (and/or NVQ qualified) to join their busy and productive Bodyshop team. The operation has recently benefited from the installation of new ovens and an attitude towards continued growth recognising the quality of service provided to their customers. As such they require a self-motivated individual, who is able to use their own initiative to work alongside their existing team. The Ideal candidate will be: Highly competent and experienced Possess a flexible approach together with a positive attitude Committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction taking pride in personal workmanship Support the achievement of targets as set out by Bodyshop Manager Comply with Health & Safety & Company administrative procedures This position offers a competitive salary (£12 p/h) and bonus package (circa £35,000 OTE) along with a stable working environment with one of the industries market leaders.
