Experience in this role is essential along with a sound knowledge of the lettings laws. Responsibilities Producing and updating AST agreementsConducting property inspections and producing landlord reportsFollow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely mannerLogging deposits with DPS scheme, itemising deposit deductions and dealing with DPS claimsBuild and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliersConstantly monitor and curtail any rental arrearsCompleting check-in and check-out and inventory inspectionsOrganise repair quotes and works as necessary,Use management software system in line with business operating requirements Requirements Top customer service is paramountExcellent communication skills including phone face to face and emailDriving licence and car is essentialAccuracy and attention to detailTime ManagementInfluencing and negotiation skillsAbility to work as part of a team with innovative contributionsEnthusiastic, positive outlook excellent communication skillsBe able to work independently and as part of a small teamARLA qualified is preferential but not essentialBe able to work 9-5.30 Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday (with day off in lieu) 5 days week INTERESTED?
