This is a newly created position due to expansion and is an ideal opportunity for a pro-active individual to assume oversight of one or more internal business change programmes, and their sub-projects, managing the full lifecycle from programme identification and definition through to delivering the required outcomes. You will responsible for: Matrix managing all programme-wide resources, ensuring all are aware of the detailed of tasks assigned to them including start, end dates, effort, budget, responsibilities and any relevant issues.Prepare programme level business cases, vision statements, and plans.Prepare and conduct committee meetings.Plan, monitor, control and report on key aspects of the success of the project, scope, budget, duration and client satisfaction, including lessons learnt.Maintain a programme plan and ensure sub-project plans are in place with dependencies identified and tracked.Manage, track and drive issue resolution.Manage changes effectively that are requested or required in the projects. You will have: Experience working in Agile environmentExtensive experience running Programmes with multiple work streams within the Financial Services / financial software / Software development sectors - Payment services experience a big advantageKnowledge of structured project and programme management methodologies and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) toolsStrong IT foundationIdeally educated to degree level, or equivalent This vacancy is being advertised by Montpellier Resourcing Limited.
