Apply now PA/Company Administrator Apprentice - South LondonSalary - Apprenticeship wageThis information technology company are looking for a PA/Company Administrator Apprentice who will be reporting directly to the director.Your Primary RoleDiary managementOrganising internal and external meetingsArranging travel and accommodation for all staffReceptionist/Switchboard managementSales and Marketing support when required - this will include but is not restricted to helping the Sales and Marketing Team arrange events.Providing a professional, helpful and friendly service to callers, who may consist of prospective customers, customers, industry contacts and other important people. Welcoming and receiving guests Teas/Coffees/Office hospitalitySeasonal administration, such as Christmas cards to customersStaff time management and reporting using the Time Vision software Putting together documentation e.g. training manualsGeneral office administration Maintaining the purchase order folder and spreadsheet.Assisting the Director in the general day to day management of the business and helping to resolve any issues that ariseAssisting with managing staff and monitoring conduct and performanceAssisting with organising staff appraisals Helping to put together company procedures and assisting to implement themWorking with the Director and supporting staff on recruitment of new employeesPutting together offer letters and contracts with support from the administration teamConducting inductions for new members of staff.Supporting management in resolving issues with customers when necessarySending out monthly eShots to promote GGP TrainingTelesales to sell GGP desktop licences into new local Authority/Fire and Rescue Service /Housing sites/Police ForcesFollowing up to close salesKeeping Database Sugar CRM up to date.Attending company events and meetings as and when necessaryPlanning and co-ordinating events with support when necessary e.g. User groups Any other tasks to assist the Management team/Project Manager/Finance/Sales and Marketing.Required SkillsExcellent level of verbal and written communicationPeople management and conflict resolution skillsAble to use initiative and problem solveStrong time management and organisation skillsEffective multi-tasking skillsAdvanced level Microsoft Word and Excel IT skillsInternet IT skills - general internet use and using Microsoft OutlookDiary Management skillsPersonal CharacteristicsConfident and positive personalityProfessional and calm in challenging situationsStrong team player but able to work aloneResults driven and good at meeting deadlinesReliableResponsible Self-motivated Additional Resources are an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as defined within The Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003
