ROLE PURPOSE The Organizational Development (OD) Advisor will support the Head of OD to administer a range of core OD business processes including performance management, talent and succession planning and employee engagement activities which will support the desired culture, performance objectives and growth of the company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Head of OD to administer and continuously improve the performance management program.Includes drafting communications, preparing and delivering training, analysing reports and maintaining policies and guidelines.Administer the annual employee opinion survey process. Under the direction of the Head of OD, liaise with the vendor, manage tasks within the project plan including drafting communications, providing company data and interpreting results; monitor the development of functional/regional action plans and assist with administering companywide engagement activities.Support the Head of OD to manage the company wide talent and succession planning process. Prepare talent documents, review talent tools for accuracy & completeness, monitor completion of talent actions and analyse metrics to determine the effectiveness of succession planning.Contribute to the reduction in time to hire, cost to hire and improve the candidate experience by identifying and implementing key initiatives and/or projects under the direction of the Head of OD; in addition, manage recruitment metrics, analyse results and propose relevant solutionsServe as a resource for the Human Resource community by researching best practices to help managers deal with issues such as improving performance, team dynamics, communication and change.Design and deliver employee workshops and briefings within the remit of the role.Administer the Learning Management System; arrange course scheduling, enrolment, attendance tracking, reporting and content management, maintain library of training material; and prepare content for LMS.
