Each mission takes the form of a 6-month programme where the Founders (the individuals taking part) form teams to interrogate problems, find meaningful insights and create businesses to solve these problems. What does a superstar look like?You must be an enthusiastic, practical, bright, creative thinking, self-starter who is really interested in operations and communications and passionate about creating social impact through business.Your role will be varied and will include coordinating and assisting on the following on a day to day basis: Social Media CommunicationsCommunications with the communityEvent organisationScheduling and booking talks, workshops and appointmentsAssisting in the with programme recruitment processOperational admin and automation You don't need to be an expert on all of the above but you do need to be a detail orientated, quick learner who is good at working under pressure and taking on responsibility.One of the perks of the job is that you will have the opportunity to meet incredibly interesting people, from founders of international innovative companies, leading academics, incredible NGOs to political leaders.
