A prestigious education organisation is looking for an experienced administrator, ideally with some leadership experience, to act as first point of contact for examiner/candidate queries and to deal with complaints and escalate where necessary. You will oversee departmental policies and procedures and support staff training and development needs. Quality checks are important and so you will oversee rigorous accuracy checks of documentation and candidate identification and ensure these are in line with governmental requirements. You will also get involved with marketing and other special projects and any ad-hoc duties as necessary.
