Orbital trampoline park is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to add to its already excellent management team. Orbital Trampoline Park opened in April 2017 and quickly established itself as the biggest and best trampoline park within Beds, Herts and bucks. The successful candidate will actively contribute to the parks next target which is to become the best and safest park within the UK. The main responsibilities of the Operations Manager is to take responsibility for the day to day running of the trampoline park, this will include front of House, trampoline courts, café and also birthday parties. As Operations Manager you will be head of department for our trampoline courts so experience in managing a large and diverse team is essential. You will play a pivotal role in the training and progression of the court staff to ensure they are upholding the highest levels of safety and customer service. We need an Operations expert within the leisure, fitness and hospitality industry with a solid understanding of the ongoing maintenance requirements of the facility ensuring high standards of health and safety as well as cleanliness are maintained at all times. To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate At least 12 months experience as an operations / duty manger within a leisure, fitness or hospitality environmentAbility to remain calm under pressureA continual use of initiative and "out of the box" thinkingHave excellent communication skillsBe computer literateAbility to lead from the front with a hands-on approach Due to the nature of the business the successful candidate will be expected to work evenings and weekends Essential Qualifications - First Aid (emergency / first aid at work) Desirable qualifications - IOSH Managing safely or similar Previous trampoline park experience is desirable but not essential As well as a competitive basic salary we also offer 28 days annual leave per year, work place pension and the most fun, energetic and dynamic work environment you could ask for.
