Knowledge and experience in a design and / or artwork business is vital as well as current experience in a similar operational management role and running a medium - large team. Responsibilities of the Operations Manager; Responsible for the day to day running of all operational areas Ensuring Health and Safety of all colleagues Setting KPIs and making sure they are hit Hold one on ones and be in charge of improvement and demonstrate growth Problem solving Have had experience working in a fast paced deadline environment, and be used to delivering results when set targets.
