Apply on employer's website Operations Editorial Executive London, Permanent £24,000- £26,000 and excellent company benefits As Operations Editorial Executive you will be responsible for processing, proofing and distributing copy to International and domestic circuits via wire, PR Newswire for Journalist web service, Internet, and email, whilst ensuring a timely and accurate transmission. Taking and interpreting client instructions you will draw on your previous experience to recognise clients' needs and propose appropriate solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join our business within our crucial Operations Department. This role will allow you to leverage your editorial and proofreading skills whilst developing a consultative approach with our internal and external clients to ensure service delivery excellence. will give you an opportunity to work in shift pattern model giving great flexibility You will be part of a great collaborative team: Quality check all orders and distributions to guarantee a high standard of service delivery.Monitor progression of order at all stages - liaising with internal departments, the client and outside suppliers as necessaryLiaise with affiliates to ensure accurate and expedient transmissionProvide clients with an excellent service that exceeds their expectations and is line with corporate strategyFocus on quality standards and timelines to achieve team targets and objectivesRe-prioritise workload regularly to ensure all deadlines are metInstigate initiatives and process to build, develop and maintain excellent business relationshipsMaintain an excellent knowledge of all PR Newswire products and services The candidate may be required to undertake additional duties falling within their scope of their responsibility and competence, as determined by the needs of the business and its customers.
