Apply on employer's website We currently require an part time Older Persons Housing Officer to join the team in our Newbury office. The focus of this new role is to provide a first class housing management service to the residents of designated older person housing schemes in the Hampshire region. You will be responsible for ensuring the day to day delivery of high quality housing management to our residents. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience in dealing with tenancy sign ups, tenancy audit visits, identify and address estate improvement works, referring residents for tenancy support and proactively work with our residents, colleagues and partners to improve our services. Experience in providing older persons services, preferably in the social housing environment is required as are excellent communication, customer service and case management skills. Experience of providing tenancy support, working in partnership with external agencies in the provision of services and knowledge of the specific issues faced by older people are also required.
