Apply now We are recruiting for an Office Manager/Office Administrator to take on the role of helping with an accountancy business . For the right candidate this role offers growth, an improved skill set and stability with the support of a small and approachable team. The Role: The role is varied and will include (but not limited to) the following: - Liaising with client, accountants and other stakeholders - Submitting applications to incorporate companies - Manage client files and records daily - Able to work on various systems - Occasional PA support for the director. - Verifying company structures and clients using Companies House. - Assume the role of health and safety officer. - Stationary orders and ensuring the office is kept tidy. The Person: - Self motivated - Educated and Intelligent to a degree level - Confident personality - Brilliant attention to detail - Energetic and enthusiastic - Strong communication skills - Professional - Personable and approachable The Hours: Working hours are Monday-Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm and you will based in the office near Turnham Green station. Please note that salary is dependent on experience and shall be discussed at interview stage. The position is currently vacant and therefore we are looking for someone to start ASAP!
