This is a role with huge potential and needs a dedicated and determined individual.The business / branch currently manages a number of the following property types -HMO's, Serviced Apartments and BTL's.They are now looking to bring someone in to manage and grow the business and staff completely.Previous experience of the lettings industry is essential, ideally with ARLA Level 3 qualification; however applicants without ARLA will be considered. Estate Agent experience would also be an added benefit.Full UK driving license is essential and own transport.If you can demonstrate the following skills, we want to hear from you:? Able to manage a team (branch staff and various outsourced teams) and delegate work ensuringthe business runs efficiently.? Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude.? Able to 'hit the ground running'.? An excellent telephone manner, communication skills and exceptional customer service deliveryat all times.? A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.? Providing excellent customer service at all times (to landlords, tenants, suppliers and vendors).? Building relationships with Landlords, Tenants, Councils etc.? Computer skills and an understanding of computer packages eg. Ms Office, and Google products.? Be target driven with particular emphasis on generating new business.? Have a flexible approach.? Be totally accountable for the role and the growth of the businessResponsibilities:? Managing the branch staff ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.? Bringing on new landlords and clients to the business.? Ensure 100% compliance with the existing client property portfolio.? Ensure 100% compliance with new landlord and tenant sign-ups.? Ensuing 100% compliance with the company's working practices (updating as and when requiredvia the Operations Manual).? Carrying out with your team full tenant and property management (Check in's and out's,maintenance, rent collection, rent arrears, serving notices, maintenance, advertising andmarketing, auditing, monitoring and reporting, etc.).? Skype calls / emails / communications with new and existing landlords, suppliers, clients, etc.? Delivering Orientation Days in the area with potential new overseas or out of area clients (goodmarket knowledge of the local area is essential).Good candidates should have the ability to develop a strong rapport with landlords, vendors, tenants andclients.Working hours:? Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) and Saturday's (on rotation).? Out of hours phone support (on rotation).?
